We ship our products via royal mail tracked and signed. Once your items have been shipped off please allow 2-5 working days for them to arrive before placing an enquiry.
Worldwide:
We ship our products via royal mail tracked and signed all across the world. Once your items have been shipped off please allow 1-2 weeks for them to arrive before placing an enquiry.

Redelivery/Unclaimed packages:
Please allow 10 days before contacting us (international) or 5 days (uk) if you haven't received your order.
We do not cover wrong address loss so please ensure your address is valid when purchasing. International orders that are returned to us- MUST be covered for full postage cost- it is not our fault if you are not there to collect your item or if your address is wrong.
Unclaimed packages that require a refund will not be refunded the postage amount and only the cost at the time of the items purchased.
